Commands reference

Playify uses Discord’s native slash commands. Type / in your server to see the full list of available commands.

/play <url/query>Play a link or search for a song.
/search <query>Search and choose from the top results.
/play-files <file(s)>Plays one or more uploaded audio or video files.
/playnext <query/file>Add a song or a local file to play next.
/previousPlays the previous song in the history.
CommandDescription
/pausePause the current playback.
/resumeResume the playback.
/skipSkip the current track.
/stopStop playback and disconnect the bot.
/seekInteractive seek, fast-forward, or rewind menu.
/jumptoOpens a menu to jump to a specific song in the queue.
/volumeAdjusts the music volume for everyone (0-200%).
/defaultvolumeSets the default volume the bot starts at when joining a channel (0-200%, saved per server).
/reconnectRefresh the voice connection without losing your place.

/24_7 <mode>Enable or disable 24/7 mode (normal, auto, off). The bot stays in the voice channel permanently — even with an empty queue — and reconnects automatically if it gets disconnected.
/filterApplies or removes audio filters in real time.

/karaokeStart a synced karaoke-style lyrics display.
